| Q. | I'm a new member and when I try to login I get an error stating Invalid username/password. | |
| Ans. | There are several possible reasons for this, please make sure that you have completed each of the steps below or your account will not work.
Did you get your welcome email?
If not your account is not activated, the email contains an activation link you must click to complete your registration. If you did not receive the email please contact us with your username and we will activate your account manually.
If you did recieve the email did you click onthe activation link?
If you didn't, you will need to do so to activate your membership.
If you clicked on the activation link then you should have been taken to the OTO/Activation page where you were presented with a chance to upgrade your membership at a special rate.
At the bottom of the page is a link that must be clicked to complete the activation of your membership.
If you have followed all of these steps and still cannot login, please contact us and we will fix the problem! | |
